  16. staged the Aug. 8, 1963, British Great Train Robbery; after
  17. being shot by an unknown assailant; in Marbella, Spain. Wilson
  18. was part of the group that robbed a Royal Mail train traveling
  19. from Glasgow to London of (pounds) 2.6 million, then worth more
  20. than $7.3 million. Wilson was convicted and sentenced to 30
  21. years in prison but was paroled in 1978.
